Michael
Vasili Chemist is committed to making your shopping experience as easy
and stress-free as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you
can simply return the products for a refund within the policies outlined below.
Please note that in the interest of public health and safety, we are unable to
provide a return on medications, prescription items, vitamins, baby formula and
therapeutic products.
Change of Mind- Michael
Vasili Chemist is happy to offer a return if you change your mind, but also
reserves the right to decline a return if the requirements do not meet our
policies that are stipulated below under “Returns Policy”. In the case of a change of mind, the cost of postage back
to the seller will need to be paid for by the customer. Change of mind and attempted delivery returns: Refunds will incur a
20% restocking fee.
Reshipment
of Items - Reshipping of domestic deliveries (deliveries within Australia) incur a $7.95
additional fee. International reshipments charges may vary and often
reflect the postage value to the country of customer. This includes all Return to Sender, incorrect shipping addresses and unclaimed parcels that are requested to be resent.
Cancellations - Orders
cancelled at the request of the customer may incur a fee of $10 or 10% of the
order value (whichever is greater). This is chargeable at the discretion of
management. Cancelling orders that have been shipped must be posted back to us,
at the expense of the customer. The product to be returned must be packed
securely and must be sent via registered post in order for you to be able to
track the parcel.
Please note that the customer will be
responsible for the product until it is received by us. Products that have been
tampered with cannot be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Returns Policy - All products
must be returned within 14 days of parcel receipt (the date Australia Post tracking
states delivered)
In order to process the return:

The item must be not have been used, must be unopened, not damaged
and be in its original packaging.
If the requirements are not satisfied and
the item is its original saleable condition then Michael Vasili Chemist reserves
the right to not offer an exchange or refund the buyer. Ultimately it is up to
the discretion of the business to determine what the appropriate outcome to resolve
the return.
Incorrectly ordered product - All other items which have been ordered incorrectly by the customer or
any unwanted products will be refunded the purchase amount minus the
postage charge as long as the packaging is in its original condition.
Additionally, any return postage charges will be the responsibility of the
customer.
Incorrect product delivered - In such a
scenario where the product you received is not what you placed an order for
then please get in touch with our customer service team within 7 days of parcel
receipt. Our customer support, upon looking into the issue will help you with a
pre-paid shipping label to return the product. You can then choose to either
have the correct product re-delivered at our cost or receive a full refund.
Damaged/Defective product delivered - In such a
scenario where the product you received is damaged or defective please contact
our Customer service support within 7 days of delivery with your order number
and a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. Our
customer support, upon careful consideration and depending on the
Manufacturer’s Policy for the product in question might offer to provide one of
the below resolutions:

Exchange the product
If the item is defective after the
initial 7 days after delivery, please contact the manufacturer of the item (as
shown on the packaging) as they are usually responsible for the replacement of
this item.
Customs and Fees - Michael
Vasili Chemist is NOT responsible or
accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package
warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. We cannot be held
responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or
package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges
are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from

billed directly from them. If the Customs and Fees are not paid for by the buyer and/ or the item is not collected by the buyer, the buyer will be charged a 30% handling fee by the seller.
In the scenario when there the items are not collected or when the customs and
fees are not paid; the item(s) will not be re-sent back to the buyer and the
handling fee will be applied to the refund.
