il giorno 22 decembre dell'anno MDCXLIV´, Mailand bei Dionisio
Gariboldi, o.D. (1645).

Das seltene Festbuch beschreibt den Katafalk sowie weitere ephemeren
Dekorationen, die anlässlich einer feierlichen Ehrung der verstorbenen
Elisabeth de Bourbon, der Gemahlin Königs Philipp IV. von Spanien,
eine Kirche in Mailand am 22. Dezember 1644 schmückten.

Sehr guter Abdruck mit Plattenton auf Bütten mit Wasserzeichen (Kreuz
im Tropfen), fast das volle Blatt, auf drei Seiten unbeschnitten, mit dem
Schöpfrand. Der Rand leicht gebräunt, minimal angestaubt, Löchlein der
Fadenheftung oben, makelloser Zustand.

The very scarce funeral book commemorating the funeral obsequies of
Elisabeth of France, Queen-Consort of Philip IV, King of Spain in Milan
on 22 December 1644 with parts of the catafalque in the cathedral,
the statues, paintings, and emblems.

Very good impression on laid paper with watermark (cross in drop), almost the
full sheet, uncut on three sides. Browning to edges, minor soling, sewing holes
at top, else flawless.
