The Hockley Watch Centre was established in 1982 in the Jewellery Quarter Birmingham. Since then we have always prided ourselves in good customer service. Offering quality authentic watches and jewellery at great prices.

As we are a watch shop and mender if you would like a watch sized to your wrist then please let us know and we can do this at an extra cost for you.

Proving authenticity, that each item is in our stock and to give you the best views of the items. Many sellers just seem to use catalogue pictures so do you know your getting the real deal?!
 

                  You have 5 working days to complete the transaction once agreed. Please pay via Paypal.
 

We know how important you receive your item as quickly as possible so will endeavor to get this to you as quickly as possible. We are UK based and will send items using courier or Royal Mail. Items will be sent within 5 working days if not sooner.
 

We will always work with you to find a solution to any problem you may be encountering so please contact us first with any problems you may be encountering.
You can chose to return your item if you are dissatisfied for any reason, this must be done within 14 days and must be returned in the condition it was sent to you. The cost of the return postage will come at a cost to you. We will in turn do our best to replace the item or issue a refund once it has been received.
