- All my items are from current or recent lines. Some are SOLD OUT in department stores or are limited edition items. Other pieces may be returns, store displays, or runway merchandise. All my items are mainly from Nordstrom or NordstromRack unless otherwise stated.
- Some of the clothes manufacture label is marked to prevent retail returns
- All professional stock photos are not my own, mainly taken from Nordstrom. I take no credit.
- All item are NOT BRAND NEW OUT OF PACKAGING. They have been handled and may have been on the racks at Nordstrom/The Rack. Do not buy if you are expecting more.
- Please note that NEW items may have been tried on in stores but not worn outside of the store this means item may or may not have but not limited too:
- Wrinkles (i do not steam items before shipment), deodorant marks, perfumes smells, scratches, pulls, missing beads, make-up marks, hanger marks, censor marks, or shoe creases.
- BEADED DRESSES: Might have missing beading from being in store and tried on but nothing major unless stated or shown in photos. Expect some missing beading. All of the dresses do not come with extra beadings. You can always ask ahead to see if there is any extra beading before purchasing. No returns for missing beading

- Free= Will use the cheapest shipping service, ignore if it says priority (unless over 1LB- shipping will be in usps priority padded envelope)
- $5.99 & Under = First class mail shipped in non-padded poly-mailers (items under 1LB)
- $6.99-8.99 = USPS Priority Flat Rate (slightly) Padded Envelope (9.5 x 12.5 in)
- $9.99-11.99 = USPS Priority Rate A Box (10 x 12 in) or (10 x 7 x 4 in)
- $12.99-14.99 = USPS Medium Flat Rate Box (11 x 13 in)
- $17.99 = USPS Large Flat Rate Box (23 x 11 in) or (12 x 12 x 5 in)
- If you want signature please let me know, its a $3 charge. I am not responsible if package is stolen.

Shipping Information
- All items are shipped via USPS with tracking numbers
- We are not responsible for service transit time. Once I drop it off its out of my hands. I do the best to ship out same-day or next-day.
- I photograph items before shipping for proof of condition and items are inspected by three people before shipment.
Return Policy
- I do not accept returns. I stand firm by my no return policy.
- Every designer has their own sizing. If you do not know your sizing in that designer clothing, please research, ask questions, & find your size. This includes different styles as well from the same designers. No returns if it doesn’t fit.
- All my clothing is specially marked to identify my items.
Payment Information
- I do not accept cancellations. If you pay for it, I will ship it out.
- If you return it without my permission, you will not be refunded (ebay policy)
- Payments must be received within 2 Days. Unpaid Case will open by days 3, unless you contact me for more time
- I do not initiate cancellations for unpaid items
- ebay implemented new changes in Oct 2019 which always them to charge taxes on purchase made, the amount charged for tax is collected by ebay not the seller. Sellers can not remove any of the sales taxes it is now part of the system.
International Buyers
- No returns
- International sales are made ONLY though the ebay Global Shipping Program
- ebay charges you international shipping fees and import fees (i do not get that money nor do I see the amount charged)
- I ship to a eBay facility the item and eBay ships the item to you
- Any extra costs charged by your country is not my responsibility but the buyers responsibility to pay.
