Our largest solid sheet available for couch foam, boat foam, mattresses or any other custom shape is 80" in length and 55" in width. Larger pieces are carefully adhered to meet your requested dimensions.

Packaging Info
Each foam sheet is meticulously packaged to ensure its pristine condition upon arrival. It may arrive vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed. To retain its original size and form, unpack your foam immediately upon receipt. Avoid using a box cutter when opening the package; instead, use a ball point pen or pencil and gently break the seal.
