Import duties, taxes and charges are not
included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's

if you wish to buy multiple items we usually can do combined shipping. With all
of the complexities of shipping costs, the best way is to email us which items
you are wanting and we can get you a shipping quote for you.
RETURN GUIDELINES
All returns require an RMA (it will be your
ebay ID name).
Please save all packaging and accessories for any
order, as it must be returned with the item if returned.
All original equipment, components, manuals,
cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order to
process return.
Return Policy
We follow our return policy strictly and do
not make any exceptions. We do not offer a money-back guarantee on any product.
Shipping is non-refundable under all circumstances;
(this means that even if the item has free shipping offered, the actual
shipping cost of the order will not be refunded) an exception may be made if Great
Web Deals made an error in the entering of address or shipping method, or wrong
item was shipped.
Customers agree to
report lost or damaged shipping claims to Great Web Deals within 48 hours of
receiving the shipment.

In general, the period for returns and
replacements of allowable items are 30 days except in limited circumstances,
with approval of Great Web Deals
Customers must pay for return shipping on all
returns. Exceptions noted above.
