When you have chosen the design and twine colour you would like and
have added it to your basket, add a message to seller at the checkout section
with the name to be engraved, don't forget to click add to attach your message to your order.
Please note, the name bauble is for 1 name only! All decorations are personalised with the names, the design will stay the same.

Personalisation
- Your
message will be engraved EXACTLY AS YOU SEND IT so please, take care
and double check your message before sending it to us. We cannot be held
responsible for your spelling mistakes or typing errors.
- The
only part that is personalised is the name, everything else will be as
shown in the pictures.
- To
ensure your order will be completed within the time scale provided, please
make sure that your message falls within the specification above. If not,
this will delay your order while we try to amend the details given.
- If we do not receive your engraved message or a reply to our engraving details request, we will assume that you would like it with the surname/name of the recipient and that is what you will receive.
Please note that our business days are Tuesday to Saturday and your order will only be processed within these working days.
Colours may differ slightly on each individual screen, please take this into consideration when you receive your order.

We offer free Royal Mail 1st class delivery on all our products.
Returns
Due to most items offering a personalisation service, these items can only be returned if we have made a mistake. Returns postage is to be payable by you, the customer. If the item you have ordered is not personalised and you wish to return it, you can do within 14 days. postage payable by you, the customer.
