Needs restoration.  There is no needle, it appears to be complete besides that, however I do not know anything about these.  I plugged it in and it started making a loud buzzing noise, so I unplugged it.  The turntable did not move.  The outer case has some damage on the upper edge in 2 places.  Please look at pictures carefully and judge condition for yourself.
