I didn't want to take it out of wrapping and put together, just to have to take it apart for shipping.  The instructions show it's a 1/2 3D top (measures 12"H  & 8"W) that has metal rods that holds 2 shelves.  
Bottom of dress that holds the shelves: 14" H & 13" W.  If you just want the top, you don't have to attach the dress/shelves part.  Shelves are 13", 1/3 oval, x 6".

All ivory, but you can spray paint it any color you'd like, it's made of metal.
