My husband's grandmother was pretty high up in Eastern star. I am not sure if all got one of these plates or just leadership. I would imagine they are pretty rare though. This one has the names of the Worthy Grand Matron and Worthy Grand Patron on the back along with a note signed by them. If you are not into Eastern Star, the front of the plate has no eastern star markings and is quite beautiful. It comes in its original box.
