We will do whatever we can to make sure you get the best experience. You must contact us first within 30 days of purchase and we will happily exchange or refund the product price, excluding postage and handling, once we receive or inspect the product and deem it qualified.

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for your product. We will repair or replace its product if, due to defective parts or workmanship, it does not perform as specified. In no event does this warranty extend to instances where the product is damaged through uses for which it was not intended, misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident or tampering. In no event shall we're liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits arising out of or related to this product, or the performance or breach thereof, even if we have been advised of the possibility thereof. We are liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the consumer's purchase price.

When you receive your item please confirm size and design, if it is the wrong product contact our friendly emailing team.

*- Coloured clothes should be washed with similar  colours.

*- Check the fabric (Cotton, Polyester etc.) and  detailing (i.e. Lace, bead work, dye etc.) and wash accordingly.

*- Delicate fabric and design clothes must be washed  by hand
