3. what can I benefit from billet compressor wheel?
The biggest advantage of billet compressor wheel(vs cast compressor wheel) is it is machined on a 5-Axis mill, the wheel can be designed much more aggressive to get better aerodynamic. The nose and hub can be designed significantly smaller to allow for a greater blade diameter, the blades can be machined much more complicated to increase blade surface area, which can flow more air into the engine.
4. do you have ball bearing gt/x35 turbos?
Yes, we also sell Dual Ceramic Ball Bearing GTX3582R turbo and the ball bearing system offers a number of benefits over the traditional journal bearing system.
-Firstly, it absorbs much less power. As all bearing systems are “parasitic”, they use some of the power generated by the turbine wheel to “drive” the bearing system. This then leads to the major benefit. The “time to boost” aka turbo lag is dramatically reduced, to give exceptional response to driver demands when needed.
-The second major benefit is the durability of the turbocharger, the ceramic ball bearing is originally used in the aircraft industry, the ball bearing cartridge gives better damping and control over shaft motion, allowing enhanced reliability for both everyday and extreme driving conditions. In addition, the opposed angular contact ball bearing eliminates the need for the thrust bearing commonly a weak link in the turbo bearing system.
