Impressive Piece!  The inside leaves and stem are AB rhinestones and the outside leaves are clear navettes.  Gold tone metal and in good condition, free of any flaws or defects that I can see.  I have never seen one quite like this.  Measures approx. 3 1/2" x 1".  Wonderful addition to your vintage jewelry collection.
