Designed for wall mounting, this can be installed in two different settings. You can use it as a pull-up bar or as a dip station. Giving you great options for back and shoulder training with our five different grip positions.
INSTALL IT AS A PULL UP BAR...
This equipment, when used as in its pull up bar setting allows for comprehensive arms, back, lat and chest training. The main bar is located 60 cm from the wall, giving you plenty of space for a wide variety of exercises.
... OR USE IT AS A DIP STATION!
It only takes a moment to turn your device into a dip station! Used like this you can perform dips, Swedish pushups, leg extensions and many other exercises. Retractable handles allow you to adjust the distance to suit the length of your arms.
SECURE MOUNTS
Special hooks screwed to the wall allow you to install the equipment quickly and easily. Stability and cushioning is provided by rubber layer.
COMFORTABLE BACKREST
This convenient backrest will allow you to train comfortably. You can remove it by unscrewing it from the frame of the equipment, turning it into an exercise bar.
RETRACTABLE DIP HANDLES
The dip handles can be adjusted up to 16 cm (the maximum distance from the wall is almost 72 cm). This allows you to adjust the frame to your individual needs or the type of exercise performed.
3 PAIRS OF HANDLES
You can train on the pull up bars using 3 different grips: narrow grip - 20 cm wide, medium - 60 cm and the widest - 110 cm. Each of them allows you to train different muscle groups. In addition, there is also the option of a classic grip on the red bar.
ADDITIONAL MOUNTING
For our most demanding customers, there is an opportunity to separately purchase mounting hooks for K-Sport bar-dip stations. Additional hooks can make your training even more comfortable.
