Please ensure you check all spelling and grammar when making a personalised order as we will be copying and pasting the information you give us so it is printed exactly how you want it. So please take the extra few seconds to double check everything so we can make sure you are as happy as possible once you receive your purchase. These items are made to order, once we have started making your design they are non-cancellable and non-refundable if you have made a mistake. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on personalised items. If we spot an error, we will of course try to contact you, but ultimately the responsibility lies with yourself. If no personalised information is received within 48hrs of purchase, your purchase could be cancelled and refunded.

Processing and Dispatch Times

We try our best to get all orders dispatched within 48hrs although processing time for orders before dispatch could be up to 5 working days depending on stock levels. Our working week is Monday to Friday (e.g. Items bought on Friday - Sunday the processing time would not start until the following Monday) During busy holiday periods (Valentines, Mother's Day, Easter, Father's Day, Halloween, Christmas etc) processing time for orders could be 1-2 weeks. Thank you for taking the time to read this important information. About us

This Business idea came to life 6 months after I had my little boy. The thought of going back to work and leaving this little bundle of joy, was breaking my heart. So I decided to start my own business. At first I started making outfits and gifts for friends and family while still working my day job, and I realised, wow I am actually good at this! So on 18.6.2020 I took the leap and registered as an official business, eeekk. It was a hard few months with going back to work, running my business full time as well as trying to be the best mum I could. But with the help, love and support of my partner we have grown our little business so much that I no longer have to go to work!! My dream has come true, I now get to stay home and make these lovely items for all of you while still being able to spend my time with boy.
