This vintage knitting Mother Bear is in good used condition with signs of wear. We note that the bear's hands are cracked and there is fur missing on her ears. Additionally, the apron is slightly worn and frayed, one knitting needle is missing, the yarn leading from the ball in her lap is very frayed, and the wind up mechanism needs repair.
Our bear stands approximately 6" high. She sits on a metal base that is 2 3/8" in diameter. The base is colorfully decorated with pictures of the furnishings in her home. Our Mother Bear is wearing spectacles and is in the midst of knitting something special - most likely for her cub or "grandbear!
