Antique Ornate Cast Iron/Wood Hand Crank Coffee Grinder. Finger joint construction. Measures 6" x 6" x 7" tall ( 9 1/2" to top of crank handle.). Drawer is 4 3/4"wide and 4 1/2" deep. Drawer has wood face and knob and Tinned pressed Steel body, tin is 65% +/-. Grinder is from a Dakota Territory Pioneer Homestead near AVON, South Dakota. Label with grinder says 1892. This item was in a private museum for many decades in Mission, SD. Was used to grind more than coffee. Grinder is WELL used and has been repaired once or twice.
