After you purchase turbocharger you'll have to pay £150 of deposit to our PayPal account. After receiving a new product from us, you have to resend your old turbine within 14 days. As soon as we get your package you will receive your deposit.

 STANDARD WARRANTY AGREEMENT

 

1 Introduction

This document describes the warranty policy of Turbo Specialist’s Ltd regarding turbocharger recondition and associated accessories including cores, kits and other components (hereinafter

Referred to as the “Product”).

 

This warranty covers any failures of the Product, under normal use and service, which result from a defect in material or factory workmanship.

We cannot cover turbine housings, because exhaust temperatures and the way your turbocharger is, is out of our control. Cracking can appear again due to improper care of the turbo charger which is out of our control.

We also do not warranty parts that we did not sell, traded, or exchanged parts where no money transacted for that part of the sale.

We also only cover the function of the turbo, not the appearance of the turbo charger.

 

 

2 Warranty period

Warranty period is twelve months from the date the Product are placed in service. Proof and date of purchase of turbocharger will be required before any claim can be made under the Supplier Warranty.

 

3 Limitations

The warranty does not cover Product failures when:

Ø  Improper storage at any time

Ø   Use of improper or contaminated fuels, coolants or lubricants

Ø  Negligence, misuses or accidences

Ø  Owner or operator abuse or neglect

Ø   insufficient cleanliness during the fitting process.

Ø  Lack of maintenance or unauthorised repairs or modifications to the Product or the engine in which the Products are installed

 

 

Ø  The use of non-genuine parts or components in the repair of a Product

 

Ø  Poor oil supply to the turbocharger

 

Ø  Failing to provide oil pressure parameters

 

Ø  If you are not able to provide our warranty sheet and invoice issued with purchase.

 

No liability will be accepted if the turbocharger boost setting is outside the figures recommended by the Seller or the original vehicle manufacturer. The boost setting must always be checked after fitment to comply with this warranty.

Proof, in the form of receipts, may be required verifying that routine servicing has been carried out as per the manufacturer’s recommendations since the turbocharger was fitted. Special emphasis is placed upon oil change intervals, oil pressure, oil pumps and oil filter replacement and engine oil quality.

 In this respect, Turbo Specialist recommends that you use a grade of oil approved and recommended by your vehicle manufacturer, as documented in the handbook.

 

4 Turbo Specialist Ltd responsibilities

In the event of a failure of the Product during the warranty period due to defects in material

and/or workmanship, Turbo Specialist Ltd will only be responsible for:

 

Ø  Repair or replacement of the failed Product

Ø  Reimbursement of the selling price

 

Turbo Specialist Ltd will not be liable for any vehicle towing, travel or parts and labour costs.

 

5 Owner responsibilities

The owner will be responsible for the following:

Ø  Notifying Turbo Specialist’s or its distributor/dealer within 30 days of discovery of the failure

 

Ø  Installing, operating, commissioning and maintaining the Product in accordance with

Turbo Specialist Ltd guidelines

 

Ø  Providing sufficient access to and reasonable ability to remove the Product from the

Installation in the event of a warrantable failure.

 

 

 

 

Ø  Provide all the information and proofs of servicing listed above and in the Turbo Specialist’s ‘Recommendations for turbocharger care and servicing’ guidelines

 

 

Any failed components claimed under warranty remain the property of Turbo Specialist Ltd. Turbo Specialist Ltd has the right to request that any failed component be returned to a

Turbo Specialist location at the owner’s cost or scrapped at the owner’s location.
