SPECIFICATIONS:
-Ceramic Ball Bearing system, better performance as factory turbo.
-Forged billet compressor wheel.(Point Milling wheel is available, contact us!)
-Fit Vehicle: Universal turbo for performance use, racing car etc.
-Fit engine displacement 2.0-5.0L and typically good for around 550-1000HP. 
-Recommended boost pressure are 0.5Bar(7psi) to 1.5Bar(21psi), if boost presure higher than 2Bar, it will significantly reduce the turbo lifespan and may result in damaging of you engine .

What can you benefit from our Dual Ball Bearing turbocharger?

Reduced Turbo Lag:
Dual Ball Bearing turbochargers can spool up about 15% faster than traditional journal bearings, so it will signifcant reduce the turbo lag when the throttle is suddenly opened. This produces an improved response that can be converted to quicker  0-60 mph speed. In fact, when you drive with a dual ball bearing turbocharged engine, it will more like  driving a big, normally aspirated engine.


Reduced Oil Flow:
The
Dual Ball Bearing design reduces the required amount of oil required to  provide adequate lubrication. This lower oil volume reduces the chance  for seal leakage. Also, the dual ball bearing is more tolerant of marginal  lube conditions, and diminishes the possibility of turbocharger failure  on engine shut down.

Improved Rotordynamics and Durability:
The
Dual Ball Bearing cartridge gives better damping and control over shaft  motion, allowing enhanced reliability for both everyday and extreme  driving conditions. In addition, the opposed angular contact bearing  cartridge eliminates the need for the thrust bearing commonly a weak  link in the turbo bearing system.

What can you benefit from Forged Billet Compressor Wheel?

Stronger Wheel:
By using forged billet aluminum to make the wheel, there is no chance of minute air bubbles being in the mental. So, you don't need to worry about porosity issues. That means billet compressor wheel is much strong than cast compressor wheel.

Better Blades Design:
By using forged billet aluminum and machined on a 5-Axis mill, the billet compressor wheel can be designed much more aggressive, the nose and hub can be designed significantly smaller to allow for a greater blade diameter. And the blades can be made much more complicated to increase blade surface area, which can flow more air into the engine.

Lower Engine Intake Air Temperature:
By using forged billet aluminum, the wheel can be machined much thinner. This allows the wheel to have a greater efficiency range, because their is less blade thickness to contact the air and heat it up. It also means that with less blade thickness and lower hub area that there is a greater area in-between the blades to squeeze more air and build boost presure. The more efficient a wheel is the lower the intake temps, and everyone knows the cooler the air going into the engine the more horsepower you can make!

    Normally, buyer will be responsible for the return shipping postage.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

  • Only items have warranty statement posted on the product detail pages can be eligible for warranty claims.
  • we will only replace or repair warranty items, no refunds will be given.

  • Repair kits have no warranty, GREAT CARE has been taken when selecting best quality parts and packing the kits, claim of missing parts in the kits will NOT be accepted.
  • Professional installation is highly recommended. Any damage resulted from incorrect installation, improper use or lack of maintenance or accident will not be covered by the warranty.
  • The warranty will be void as Turbocharger or component are used in extreme condition like competition sports or record breaking attempts.
  • Turbocharger or component will have no warranty when it is damaged by ingestion of foreign matter.
