All orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day. Shipping rates for all countries outside the UK can also be found on our listings. Simply change the country in the drop down menu under the 'Postage & Packaging' section and click 'Update' to view the cost. Postage costs include packaging etc International shipping will be by small packet air post please email me if postage does not show up for your country. 

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days after the item is delivered. We have a returns centers across Europe and in the US. Postage and packaging charges will be refunded for items received not as described in the listing or damaged. Returns of opened cosmetics is not permitted for hygiene reasons.
