I believe this is the first English edition. (This title was originally published in French.)
It is the 'go to' publication for modern French cuisine of the era. It contains thousands of recipes, information on culinary techniques and many pages of photographic illustrations.
The book is in very good condition overall. The dust jacket is missing and there is some creasing to the spine but internally the pages are clean, bright and sound.
