Returns:  We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience with GHS Jewelers. In the event of a return, kindly contact us by phone or send us a message explaining the reason for your return request prior to opening a return on eBay. Many times we can come to an amicable resolution.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  All items must be sent back to us unworn, unused and include all original packaging, tags, boxes and pouches

A note to International Buyers:  

We provide a variety of shipping options but prefer to use the GSP.  If the Global Shipping Program is not utilized by the buyer, any Import duties, taxes, country charges or any other import fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  Be sure to check with your Country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be PRIOR to purchase. Return requests will not be accepted based on those additional costs or shipping rates. 

We will not ship an international package without a valid tracking number. Some services cannot provide tracking information for certain countries therefore we reserve the right to cancel any order to a country that cannot be issued a tracking number by the carrier.  We recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance for all International orders.
