Operating times -- We are open 7 Days 8am to 5pm Monday - Saturday & 8am to 4pm Sunday  Except Queensland Public holidays.

Combined Postage – We do combine postage for multiple purchases You can add the items to your cart and request a total from us We will only charge you the actual postage amount We will also refund any excess shipping into your PayPal account

Delivery -- Please allow up to 1 business days for dispatch

Local pickup – We allow local pick up from our shop in Withcott Queensland during operating hours

Items Out Of Stock  – As Our Shop In Withcott Also Caters For Walk In Customers We do our best to make sure we don’t sell out of a listed item In the event we do and cant supply you with your purchased Product We will refund your money or do our best to acquire the product for you

Lost or damaged items ­– Whilst Every effort is made During packaging and dispatching, we do not accept liability if your purchases are damaged or lost by Australia post

Returns & Refunds -- We offer a 7-day return policy on all items if they are not as described in listing (Excludes items Lost or Damaged in shipping). We will not issue a replacement or refund until we receive the faulty items and confirm the problem or issue. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items to our shop and will not receive a refund on shipping charges however we will cover the shipping cost to send you your replacement.
