1823 lithograph map of Austria drawn by Aristade Perrot and engraved by Adrien Migneret. Professionally framed and the frame measures 7.75" tall x 9.75 wide. I believe this map was originally in a book because there are two subtle vertical creases and it looks like there might be type on the other side of the paper. The artist, Perrot, is know for making very detailed and decorative map with images from the map region. This map has imagery of a boar's head, antlers, birds, country tools and instruments, and other items. There are also inscriptions on the left and right side of the map. This is truly a great piece.
