Folio, unpaginated, approx 300 pages in length, original black and blue cloth covered boards. This is the original handwritten record of the minutes of the lodge, it is almost entirely handwritten, some ephemera laid in. The hinges are cracked and frayed, corners bumped, rubbing, slight musty aroma, some minor discoloration, else in good condition.
