The Angel's Ladies Brothel was located about three miles north of Beatty.

This non - current operating legal brothel was originally called the Circle C Ranch, in 1971 it was sold and the name changed to Fran's Star Ranch.  It was later sold  and the name was changed to Angel's Ladies, as the owners nickname was "Angel".  The brothel became known as the "Christian Brothel" as the girls were required to say a blessing at meal time.  This brothel is known for the unique paintings hanging in the lobby, painted by Artist Alan Wood approximately at the start of WWII.
