 We will not be able to start production if the size of your design does not match the size of the purchased LED SIGN, and we will be forced to ask you to send us the graphics again, which takes time. When creating a design, remember to scale it in centimeters to the size of the box you are buying

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

When receiving your item from the courier, before signing, you must open and check that your item is in the desired state. If by any chance the item damaged the courier must acknowledge the damage with a name and signature. 

This will be the basis for refund.
