All our products are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (Free Postage) as Standard Delivery or, optionally, Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) 1:00 pm as Express Delivery, which however requires an additional cost of £8.95 at checkout.

Every product, no matter how big or small will be posted with a tracking number. The tracking number will be provided as soon as the item has been prepared and you can track your item via Royal Mail’s website.

All of our items will be dispatched the same or next working day. Our working days are Monday - Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

Returns

All items we sell are brand new. All items are inspected for faults before dispatch, however if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase please send us a message prior to returning the item. Please return by post via tracked delivery within 30 days of receiving the item.

We will accept returns if:

• All tags and seals have not been removed. Items must be unworn and all boxes and manuals must be present.
• Items that were tempered with will not be accepted (water damage, scratches, breakage, evident wear, removed links, missing tags or if explicitly stated in product description that the item is non-returnable). Return shipping must include a tracking number and must be sent by UK customers with Royal Mail, DHL, DPD or UPS.
• Once we receive the item back, if it meets our returns policy a full refund will be issued.
• We are however unable to refund the post of postage & packaging unless there is a workmanships fault.
