Return Terms:
Subject to the following conditions, ORANGE CITY ROVERS will issue refunds on products returned in their original packaging and undamaged if received within 14 days from the date of purchase:
- No product will be accepted for return that has been installed, attempted to be installed or used.
- There's a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
- Nothing may be returned without first receiving an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
- An RGA must be requested for within 10 days of purchase.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.
- No returns or refunds will be given on special order or custom made items.
