The following Terms & Conditions apply, relating to postage : We aim to send all items within one business day, via 2nd class Recorded Delivery, unless e.g. the item is too heavy for 2nd class. Or via normal 2nd class post. If an item fails to arrive within 10 business days, please contact us. We will put in a claim to Royal Mail, who will consider it after 15 working days have elapsed since the item was posted, and may contact the buyer requesting independent confirmation that the item did not arrive - without which Royal Mail are unlikely to reimburse us. We will issue a refund or replacement when we have been reimbursed by Royal Mail. We are happy to post outside the UK, but only using a tracked / signed for postage option.
