COLLECTION ONLY. You can however arrange your own courier. Postage may be able to be arranged. Please ask for postage costs. 

Collection of parts is by appointment only. Contact us beforehand to make the necessary arrangement dates/times for pick up.

PACKAGING

Please inspect all goods on collection/delivery before signing to ensure the item is not damaged. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damaged do not sign & contact us immediately.

PAYMENT

WE ACCEPT CASH ON COLLECTION, PAYPAL OR BANK TRANSFER.

RETURNS.

In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, we must be notified within 48 hours. Purchasers can then arrange to return the part to us. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover your incurred labour costs. 

In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, we must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 30 days at the cost of the customer. 

Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% handling fee will then be charged. 

All parts are marked & removal of the marks will invalidate your warranty. 

We offer 30 Day return on our items.
