- Please update your Sense-U Baby app, the Baby Device's firmware, the Base Station's firmware and the Video Baby Monitor's firmware to the latest versions, for the best connection performance.
- 2.4GHz private WiFi network is required. Hotspot WiFi and 5G WiFi networks are not supported.
- If your Wi-Fi’s password has more than 31 characters or special characters such as the equals sign, please kindly change it to a password less than 31 characters.
- Please keep your device, phone and Wi-Fi router as close as possible during pairing.
- If connection fails, please reset the base station or the camera first before trying again.
Know Your Baby's Breathing is Okay
According to NIH research, Infants at risk show abnormalities in the brainstem, a part of the brain that helps control heart rate, breathing, blood oxygen, and feeling temperature. The Sense-U Baby Monitor 3 monitors your baby's respiration rate and alerts you when your baby's breathing is abnormal.
Notify You for Sleeping on Stomach
For your baby's safety, always place your baby on their back to sleep
and not on the stomach. The Sense-U Baby Monitor 3 notifies you when
your baby rolls over to sleep on stomach.
Protect your Baby from Overheating & Getting Cold
It is important to make sure that your baby is at a normal feeling
temperature – not too hot or too cold. The risk is higher in babies who
get too hot. The Sense-U Baby Monitor 3 notifies you when your baby's
feeling temperature levels go outside of the normal temperature zone.

Unlike traditional baby video cameras or audio monitors, the Sense-U
Baby Monitor tracks your baby's abdominal movement, temperature,
rollover and sleeping position and notifies you from your smartphone
directly.
Know your Baby's Vitals Anywhere
The Sense-U Base Station extends the communication distance and allows you to know your baby is okay from anywhere. As long as your phone has access to the Internet, you can check your baby's vitals on your smartphone anywhere, anytime. Furthermore, the Base Station allows you to pair up to 5 Baby Devices in one Sense-U Baby account.
When something happens to your baby, the Sense-U Base Station will instantly notify you with lights and sounds, even without Internet connection.

The Sense-U Video camera features 1080p HD video, night vision, two-way
talk, background audio and secure WiFi which allow you to see, hear and
talk to your baby securely from your smartphone, anytime, anywhere. It

- The Sense-U Baby Monitor needs to work with the Sense-U Baby app on Apple iOS and Android devices supporting BT4.0 and up. The Sense-U app is available on Apple Store and Google Play.

- Supported Android Devices(4.4+): Samsung Galaxy: S6+; Note 4+, LG G3+, Google Pixel 2+, Motorola G4+, Sony Xperia series, HTC One series, Huawei Mate10+;
- For devices not on this list but uses Android 4.4 & up, there is a good chance Sense-U will work fine, but we are not able to offer the same level troubleshooting support.
