CONDITIONS OF SALE:

DESCRIPTONS:  I always try and describe items as fully and accurately as possible and will always offer a refund if an item is wrongly described. Please note that all of the items I sell are old so there are bound to be commensurate signs of use and age. I always mention anything out of the ordinary or noticeable but buyers expecting "perfect" would be better sticking to brand new items which I do not sell.

SHIPPING :

All items sold to UK buyers will be sent via Hermes Courier or Royal Mail and each parcel will be tracked and insured (this is included in the postage price quoted). All items will be wrapped well and double boxed if needs be. Please note, all my uk and international postal charges are only estimates and will be confirmed and altered up or down when I know the destination of were items are being sent. Please also note I only charge actual costs of postage and a small extra fee is added for packaging materials used to assure safe arrival ,also insurance costs will be an added extra cost if the buyer requests it You may wish to check out my other items.

PAYMENT :

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE END OF THE SALE FAILURE TO DO SO WILL MEAN A REPORT TO EBAY. IN THE UK I WOULD PREFER PAYMENT BY CHEQUE (TO KEEP COSTS DOWN). HOWEVER I CAN STILL ALSO ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL OR UK POSTAL ORDERS OVERSEAS BUYER'S PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL ONLY IN GB POUNDS I DO NOT ACCEPT - NON U.K. CHEQUES, NON U.K. MONEY ORDERS (OTHER THAN THAT LISTED ABOVE), SO PLEASE DON'T ASK. 

Items are rarely in mint condition, if it is, it will be declared in the description My items are all vintage or antique items, therefore they will have signs of age, including stilt marks, wear to the gilding, utensil scratches, minor firing faults and natural, clean glaze crazing, which is inevitable, this is part of the ageing process so to avoid any of the above my only solution is for you to buy brand new items. All my items are well packed & sent insured & trackable for a safe journey.
