All items listed are sold individually unless otherwise noted.

 International Shipping Policy

Please be aware that there may be additional costs that you may incur to obtain your parts. There are duties, taxes, customs fees, and tariffs, associated with your country's importing laws and regulations which we have no control over.

All duties, taxes, customs fees and tariffs are your responsibility. We cannot possibly know what each country may impose on your shipment, so please do your research before placing an order. 

Please plan accordingly as shipping will take longer and cost more simply because of your location.

Canadian customers be aware before placing your order that customs requires recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes for each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf. Please be aware of these fees before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO and FPO military addresses due to the large amount of return to sender packages and unsatisfied customers in the past.

Wrongful Purchase

 We cannot control your purchase to ensure that you stay within these guidelines, however, these listed conditions are our necessary criteria for shipping. It is your duty to ensure that you meet these requirements, so please take a moment before purchasing our item(s) and make sure that you are within these boundaries.

If a wrongful purchase is made, we will do anything we can to work with you to make the transaction go smoothly, but if no arrangements can be made, we will simply refund your full amount if you have not already received the wrongfully purchased part. If you did already receive the part you will have to send us the part back at your expense and any shipping and handling charges incurred in sending out the product in the first place will be charged to you a restocking fee not to exceed 15% on items with free shipping of the total purchase price. All items for sale qualify for return with said requirements unless otherwise noted. The only time this is not enforced is if you purchase a product send it back and purchase another product by contacting us directly then we will just charge you the shipping out of the new product plus any difference in part costs.

Payment

 All of our “Buy It Now” eBay items require immediate payment. As we are on the new eBay Managed Payments, valid forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay via mobile. Paypal will soon be available as a payment method again.

Shipping

Most items under 10 pounds will be shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. Larger items will be shipped UPS and Fed-Ex Ground unless otherwise requested.

Purchasing

Before purchasing our item(s), please make sure that either (1) your eBay account has a confirmed physical address, or (2) you personally supply us with a valid physical address to ship to.

(3) On most of our listings we ship via USPS which will require a valid USPS address and Mailbox. If USPS does not deliver to your home, you will need to select a contact us first to set up a different shipping method. We do use both Fed-Ex and UPS for shipping larger items. Most of our listings can be shipped via emergency, but if you do not see the option you would like, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns

We offer 30-day general returns on all new products that are in unused unmodified condition. If any modifications are performed contact us before returning the item and we may still be able to issue credit depending All of our products are new and are in unused condition unless the item specified in the listing. Our products will be properly listed via brand and manufacturer part number. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part, so please work with us if you see anything that looks incorrect. As we are human, our listings are not always perfect, but we will always work with you and be as fair as we are able to.  If you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via eBay.
