International shipping:

International orders shipped outside the Australia normally require 5-15 days for delivery. Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via eBay when the order ships) for delivery status. We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.

Duties and Taxes:

Orders shipping to destinations outside the Australia might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

Delivery address:

We ONLY ship the item to eBay address, so please make sure your address in eBay is correct before you pay. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

Return Policy:

* We must receive the returned goods within 7 days of delivery.

* Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in their original condition.

* Return postage is at buyer expense – you should consider using a track able shipping service as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Walter RC Hobby.

* Refunds for ‘change of mind’ or similar will be processed for product purchase price only. Postage expenses will not be reimbursed.
