Shipping 

Products are shipped using Royal Mail 24 up 500 grams and then My Hermes there after. Please note that eBay will give an estimated delivery date, however this is calculated from when we print the order please bare in mind that we cut all fabric to order and require at least one additional day to allow for cutting time. 

We do not offer a collection service

PLEASE NOTE

All purchases will be dispatched the next working day, if ordering on a Friday or the weekend then orders are dispatched on a Monday. Unless it is a bank holiday.

We do combine postage and will send revised invoices where necessary

Please allow extra time over weekends and bank holidays for postal services

We do post every day

We do not try to make money on postage

However please remember that pay-pal charge commissions on postage for your payment to us, we also purchase packaging materials

Refunds

We do offer refunds if you are not happy with your purchase

All we ask is that the item is returned to us with 7 working days and that it is in the same condition you received it.

We do regret that unfortunately we cannot refund postage for either the original purchase or the return.
