1. Consumers intending to return item for refund need to inform seller within 14 calendar days (unless otherwise stated in item listing) from the day after the item is received.
2. Buyer needs to return unused item in unopened undamaged packaging with undamaged "Return VOID Label" still on a seal of packaging in order to get a refund. Items used by buyer are not eligible for return.
3. European Union Consumers who have returned unused item in unopened packaging for refund will be refunded both item price and cheapest Delivery Option cost.
4. Consumers from outside of European Union who returned item for refund will be refunded in full less Delivery Costs. Seller will keep Delivery Costs.
5. All returned items must be ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge) protected unless those items are sold as brand new in original packaging and original packaging is used to ship the item back to the seller. Items not protected from ESD will be deemed to be damaged by buyer. Please ask seller for advice, if unsure what can be used for ESD protection. Seller will protect items from ESD.

6. All numbers uniquely identifying item (eg serial, MAC, WNN, UUID) will be written down right before dispatch.

7. "not as described" items returned by buyer to seller will be fully refunded by seller.
8. All damages have to be reported as soon as possible.
9. Damaged items have to be returned to seller and received by seller in order to receive a refund.

10. All items claimed to be defective will be tested upon receiving.

11. All items on this listings are eligible for the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, if delivery address is within European Union.
12. Buyer may cancel purchase and return purchased item to seller within 14 days from receiving item, if delivery address is within European Union.
13. Time will be counted from signing for or delivery attempt.

14. Checking Tracking is buyer's duty.

Seller will always use ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge) safe bags
Seller will always use Grounded WristStrap while handling ESD sensitive devices
Seller will always minimize time, when ESD sensitive device is not fully protected from ESD
To minimize possibility of damaging ElectroStatic Discharge sensitive Devices you should always follow simple procedure
Ground yourself - either by touching earth directly or indirectly
Wear properly earthed WristStrap or AnkleStrap
Touch ground / soil. Ground should be humid to increase conductivity
Touch earthed part of electric device.
Touch ESD bag FIRST
All items involved in any procedure in which ESD sensitive device is involved should be earthed first in order to equalize potentials
ALWAYS keep this device in ESD bag unless you are using it.
This device should never be handled on carpet, rag, syntetic fabric or partly syntetic fabric, wool or any insulator as this may be potential source of ESD.
Most of fabrics (clothing) is source of ESD too.
