The phonecard was issued in July 1994 with a print run of 5000. However, the cards were recalled because the company did not obtain a license to use Nolan Ryan's image. About 1200 cards were already sold so could not be recalled and destroyed. The phonecard is contained in the original envelope. The cards that are still in the sealed envelope are considered rare.

Shipping - 1 card $4.45, 2nd card add $1.50, 3rd card add $1, 4th card add .75.

Note that $4.45 is the actual USPS first class shipping cost with tracking. Supplies including the bubble wrap mailer is not added on to the cost for a one card purchase. 

Payment is due within 3 days. Request an invoice or wait for an invoice from me before making payment if you purchase more than one lot so your shipping costs can be combined. Will ship by the end of the week. Will be packed carefully using bubble wrap.
