I am the original owner and purchased this kit NEW. It is now listed as used because I personally put this kit together and disassembled it with all pieces accounted for including the mini-figs. It has only been assembled one time. The box and manual are in good condition and this set has been stored inside a climate-controlled storage facility. This item comes from a home with no pets and non-smokers. It has not been exposed to sunlight, dust, heat, or humidity.
