RETURNS PROCESS
Here are the
simple steps to requesting a refund:
1) Include
the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the
item was received, and enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number.
2) Please
ensure that the package has a tracking number, should it become mislaid in the
post, which can occur from time-to-time.
3) Please
contact us prior to return the item for refund or replacement.
WARRANTY
We offer a 7
day money back guarantee on the return of all purchases. A full refund will be
offered to all returned goods, excluding the original postage costs unless the
item is faulty.
Simply
return the purchased item within 7 days for a full refund. We are confident
that you will not wish to return our item as every care has been taken to
ensure the item arrives exactly in line with our own high expectations.
POSTAGE
All items
will be posted within 24 hours of purchase except at Weekends; these will be
posted in Monday's collection. It takes 1 to 3 working days to receive the
purchased item. Please exclude weekends and holidays on all shipping.
All of our
merchandise is stocked at our warehouse therefore there are no delays in posting!
Once the order has been sent we will e-mail you to confirm postage. Please make
sure that the e-mail address you have registered with eBay is valid as we may
not be able to respond.
If you do
not receive a confirmation of shipment please let us know. Postage &

Everything that we source and ship is already in stock and is sent directly by
our dispatch team which operates out of our unit. Please be assured that we
value our reputation on eBay and so your positive feedback is important to us,
we would therefore ask that you use your feedback both wisely and

If on any
occasion we get it wrong, your shipment is delayed or you sense a problem, and
then please allow our self or member of our team to correct the problem by
speaking/emailing us first.
We would ask
however that all questions are directed through eBay to ensure that you have a
timely response which will usually be the same day, if not within 24 hours.
