Blocked air filters & condensated granules inside the air dryer chamber of your AMK unit together with Worn exhaust valve seals can result in the amk unit not letting the air pressure out of the vehicle’s air suspension system causing a dashboard alarm message and producing a diagnostic trouble code C1A13 also Blocked and condensated filtration can also reduce the outgoing air pressure of the air compressor causing your vehicle to rise slowly or fault out completely illuminating a dashboard message once again creating a C1A20 Diagnostic trouble code in the vehicles ecu, periodically servicing your amk air dryer unit can avoid water damage to electro mechanical components deep inside your air compressor and your vehicles EAS system.
Each time you switch off your vehicle and back on again you reset any fault generally ! depending on the severity of water contamination and blocked filters in your amk air dryer chamber system the fault usually returns in a short period of time generally letting you drive your vehicle at normal rideout with dashboard message illuminated and thus the cycle continues.
