Rope in good used shape.  T handle not cracked.  Spring pressure good in returning the rope.

Fins do not appear bent.  Lays flat for mounting as it should.

Some dust and decal and paint wear.  PLease look over all pictures.

This has the longer rope for situating the T handle up at the upper handle.
