Although it is very rare I do sometimes make unintentional mistakes in my listings but I will always try to resolve problems in a manner satisfactory to the buyer. MAILING: When mailing items I always obtain proof of postage at our local post office. This does offer limited protection to the buyer but if the value of items won is between £20 and £50 it is recommended that you request next Royal Mail Signed For delivery as this provides compensation up to £50 for loss or damage in transit. The cost for this varies on weight and size but as of March 2020 2nd class large letter up to 500 gms would cost £3.13. For a small parcel the cost is £4.10 up to 2kg for 2nd class postage.  Above £50 it is recommended you request next day Special Delivery which offers full insurance protection up to £500 for packages that go astray - this normally costs approx £7.50 up to 500 gms, £8.80 for 1 Kg and £11.00 up to 2Kg. If you require either of these options then please let me know prior to checking out and I can confirm how much this will cost.
