If your modem asking for a 16 digits code unfortunately I won't be able to help, please do not buy this service
If your modem have EE71_E1_02.00_15 firmware please unlock it first and then update the firmware other wise it won't work on different network
In order to update the firmware you will need EE simcard with some data on it
I can only supply 10 digits unlock code
What do I need to update my modem?
*to update your modem you will need at least 30MB of data on your ee simcard
*insert EE simcard with at least 30MB of data to your e71 modem
*power up your modem and connect to it over wifi
*open web browser and type 192.168.1.1
* go in to modem settings by clicking on
"change your 4gee wifi password"
click log in
*enter your admin password
(admin password is printed on the battery lid right on the bottom,
if you've changed your password - just use the password that you've created)
* now click on device - > update
and 'check for updates'
you should see message that new firmware is available
* click update
and it will download firmware from ee and automatically update it
please make sure you have battery fully charged before you proceed
when you update your firmware it should ask for a 10 digits code
If your current firmware is EE71_E1_02.00_15
You will also need to update it otherwise it won't recognise other networks after unlock

How to provide your modem details?
After making your purchase, please enter the 15 digit imei number and model number (ie. W800) of your modem by clicking "add message" on the ebay "order details" page which will appear immediately after you have made a purchase
If you can't find "add message" after purchase or you are using ebay on your phone or tablet just send me all details via ebay messages
Please always monitor your ebay -> messages -> inbox as I will contact you on there if I need any more information from you about your modem
please always check your IMEI number 2x or 3x times before you send it to me as if you send me wrong imei number the unlock code will not work for your modem, and if you enter wrong code to many times your device may be permanently locked
