We send our items securely packaged so they arrive to you in good order undamaged.   

Our invoices will include tracking and insurance for all shipping.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International buyers are responsible for import customs tax. 

Check your countries import laws and make sure you are aware of any customs charges you are responsible for. 

We send all international items as a gift and with the price you paid not the valuation price. 

SHIPPING INSURANCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ITEMS.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Sendle does not ship to PO Box address - Please chose Australia post instead.

Your item will be sent as soon as possible after payment is made, please advise any shipping instructions as soon as possible.

Payment via PayPal/Credit Card only. (You DO NOT need a Paypal Account to pay into our Paypal account.)

Our items are purchased through Estate and Vintage sales and from people who wish to pass their treasured items onto someone who will care about them just as much as they did.  Each piece has a history and a story, we do our best to find out as much as we can about the items at the time of purchase so we can pass on that history to our buyers.  

Our goal is to provide great products at great prices with old-fashioned integrity and honesty. The eBay feedback from our happy customers reflects this. We have a lot of repeat business due to our desire to give exceptional pre and after sales customer care. If you are unhappy with your item, it arrives damaged, or not as described, please contact us straight away before leaving negative feedback so we have the opportunity find a suitable solution.  

We will try to answer your questions within 24 hours but as we travel to antique fairs a great deal it may occasionally take a little longer to get back to you.
