'Tamahagane' for Bonsai and figurines! Ancient Japanese
"Tatara iron making method" in order to make swords and knives. |
Tatara iron making method of Tamahagane is the ancient Japanese iron making method with the history over 1000 years. Tamahagane is made only at ironworks in Shimane, so very limited swordsmith can get it because it can' t be mass-produced. Tamahagane is used as material not only for swords, but also has become a naturally-derived charm in Japanese-Shinto style. Additionally, it is used for ornamental figurines and Bonsai. We sell it with a Japanese traditional mat 'suitable for showing Tamahagane'.
