This product is an ex chainstore item, from a known high street retailer, the product is brand new / unused but in accordance to requirement they have had their store tags / brand labels removed or defaced/blacked out to prevent store returns, please note this when purchasing the product.

Dispatch and Shipping

Products will be dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment
- Orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd class
- Please allow up to 5 business days of delivery of your items, on most occasions you will receive them sooner.
- Once your order has been dispatched, eBay will automatically send you a confirmation email.
- If your item is returned back to me as undelivered, the buyer will need to repay the postage costs before we can send it out again.
- Where we charge for shipping, unfortunately we are unable to provide postal discounts, all items are set to immediate payment only.

After an order has been dispatched we are in the hands of the postal system, who on occasions can damage or lose items in the transit and sometimes can be very slow. Returns

In the event of a return, you may return the items within 14 days for an exchange or refund where the item is found to be faulty or incorrectly described.

- Goods must be free from any wear or tear, unused and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

All payments must be cleared before the items are dispatched, if you have changed your address or want us to ship to another address please update eBay with the correct shipping address before payment is made to us, we cannot take liability for any packages lost due to an incorrect address provided.
