Vintage 1960's Tart Arnel style Stadium glasses. They were made in Japan. The maker is not marked. Frames are a black color. Some mild surface wear to the frames, but no major damage or flaw. There is some scratching to the lenses in several places, but these old lenses can be removed and updated with new lenses of your own prescription or changed to sunglasses. Very stylish & highly desired classic design.
