This is an undated scarce circa 1940 Italy silver 39mm Opera medallic badge in Extremely Fine for "Opera Nazionale Balita" or youth organization.  The obverse features a right facing bust of Benito Mussolini while the reverse describes the badge manufacturer in Milan in the area below the pin.  This is something you do not see everyday.
