NOTE: Material on the bolt is cut linear as it is unfolded. This fabric in the description is listed as 1/4 yard cut 9" wide from a 42-44" bolted fabric. The fabric is roughly 44" in length. thus 9x44; which is a "long quarter" Conversely "fat quarters" are cut 18" x 21-22". Those are the measurements and terms for less than one yard cuts on standard bolted fabric. Super or XL quarters (long/fat) are cut from 60" fabric. Please make sure that you are ordering the right measurement of fabric for your project.
